Bio

Have you ever felt like you're stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and unhealthy habits, wondering if the heavy weight will lift? It might seem like everyone else has it together, but here you are, caught in a cycle of trauma and unhealthy patterns that leave you feeling isolated. Whether it's turning to food for comfort, pushing away the people you love, or using alcohol/drugs, these patterns can feel overwhelming. But imagine breaking free, rediscovering your strength, and embracing a life where joy and connection reign.

I understand how challenging it can be to break free from these feelings, and I'm here to tell you that you don’t have to navigate this alone.

As a trauma-informed therapist with over 12 years of experience working with both adolescents and adults, I am dedicated to creating a warm and supportive space and have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma and the various ways it shows up.

Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a specific trauma, struggling with addictive behaviors, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s ongoing challenges, I am here to support you. In our sessions, you'll find a space where your voice is truly heard, and your experiences are validated. If you’re ready to take that first brave step toward healing, I invite you to reach out via phone or email.
